| Wrecksploration is primarily funded by membership. Our members are primarily divers who share a love for shipwrecks and their history. |

| Associate Members |
| Associate members are divers and non-divers alike who wish to support shipwreck exploration. Associates will receive our email newsletter, invitations to any Wrecksploration sponsored events, and are eligible to attend and vote at membership meetings. All Associate members are encouraged to participate in our research projects, including target site sonar surveys and non-diving exploratory boat trips. Diving to the unknown is not for everyone, but that is only one facet of shipwreck exploration. The majority of the work occurs on the surface, and our members are the lifeblood of those efforts. |

| Diver Members |
| Diver members, in addition to all of the benefits of membership listed above for Associate members, are additionally eligible for Wrecksploration dives. Scheduled dives will be announced to all Diver members via our website and email, and will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. Only Diver members are eligible for Wrecksploration dives. |

| Shops, Clubs, and Boats |
| Dive shops, boats, and clubs, are the cohesive force behind diving, and Wrecksploration appreciates and supports their efforts. As an organization, we will promote these businesses and organizations through our website, emails, newsletters, and events. |
